Collaborative Success: How the Outdoor Staging at West of Main Created Beautiful Homes
At West of Main, our outdoor staging process was a novel undertaking, but one that was completed with great success. Our marketing and sales teams worked closely with our staging consultant to make sure every outdoor space was staged to perfection. The result was spaces that went beyond the typical outdoor staging and created a visually appealing environment. From deck furniture and planters filled with lush greenery to a pop of colour from a bold outdoor rug, the expertly staged outdoor spaces made potential buyers imagine living in the home.
This project was an excellent example of how collaboration between marketing and sales teams can create a positive outcome for potential buyers. The outdoor staging offered an inviting atmosphere that helped a potential buyer get a sense of how they could make the home their own. In addition, the outdoor spaces were designed to create a sense of “flow” between the outdoor spaces and the interior of the homes. By having the same aesthetic in both, it made the homes seem larger and more connected with the outdoors.
At West of Main, we always strive to ensure our homes are presented in the best possible light, and the outdoor staging of our townhomes was a successful attempt at achieving that goal. Not only did our staging consultant help create aesthetically pleasing outdoor spaces, but they also provided insight into how to tie in the interior design with the exterior of the home.
